Training & Engagement Manager
A fantastic opportunity for professional and experienced Trainer to join the team at this leading home care provider in West Wickham.
Your role will involve delivering training bi-weekly for all new recruits, completing on the job competency assessments, ensuring completion of refresher training, identifying and agreeing additional training or development needed for staff, evaluating the effectiveness of all training, identifying training gaps and recommending relevant training solutions to meet these needs.
You will manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and keep up to date with all new developments in the Health and Social Care Sector and ensure all training materials reflect current legislative requirements, as well as ensuring compliance with the company’s Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities Policy.
This role would suit an experienced, personable and professional Trainer who has experience of preparing and rolling out on-going internal training programmes. You should have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to support and motivate others, helping them to achieve their full potential. You will also be adaptable to change your delivery style to suit different audiences/ needs and be able to identify and support on-going learning and development needs for staff at all levels.
Knowledge of health and social care desirable but not essential.
£25,000 to £30,000 per annum
