Client Services Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join a leading care home provider as a Client Services Manager based in West Wickham.
We are looking for a positive and proactive individual with strong client relationship and customer service skills to join this forward thinking and professional team.

As a Client Services Manager you will be responsible for supporting your allocated clients from beginning to end, ensuring high levels of customer service, full compliance and their positive client experience throughout.
The role will involve attending care consultations, completing care plans and MAR charts, preparing documents required for the client or family, carrying out Care Professional introductions as well as ensuring completing documentation accurately and on time, making phone calls to clients and Caregivers, obtaining feedback, and following up on any concerns or compliments.

You should have a cheerful personality who is customer focused with excellent communication and relationship management skills. This would suit someone who is willing to be flexible to meet demands of the business including participating in an on-call rotas.

Salary: £22,000 to £27,000 per annum
